Decatur High School Athletic Offerings

Submit New or Updated Physical Exam Form via e-mail to Decatur HS Athletic Director tjenks@fwps.org or drop off at the Decatur HS main office.

The Decatur High School Athletic Program Winter Sport Season is upon us. Below is a list of first practice times and locations for our winter sports.

Gymnastics 2:45 PM Decatur HS Gym

Monday, November 17

Boys Swim & Dive 2:30 PM King County Aquatic Center

Boys Wrestling 2:15 PM Decatur HS Gym

Girls Wrestling 2:05 PM Decatur HS PA/Cafeteria

Girls Basketball 2:30 PM Decatur HS Gym

Girls Flag Football 2:15 PM Decatur HS Room 502

Boys Basketball 5:30 PM Decatur HS Gym

IN ORDER TO BE CLEARED FOR PRACTICE: (1) Complete FWPS Online Enrollment & Verification (OLR) www.fwps.org

a. Complete Family Income Survey

b. Request FWPS Fee Waiver (if applicable)

(2) Complete online athletic registration through FinalForms www.federalway-wa.finalforms.com

(3) Submit a Physical Exam Form (completed and signed by doctor within 24 months)

(4) Purchase the Decatur HS Associated Student Body (ASB) Fee ($35.00)
